Mac's Y-Strap is rated to 5,000lb Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS), giving you plenty of safety margin.
The foundation of Mac's Y-Strap is their premium webbing. This is the same 12,000lb rated material used on their vehicle tie down straps. It offers superior UV and abrasion resistance, so you can count on years of survival through rough terrain.
But strap assemblies are only as good as the stitching that holds them together. That's why each connection on a Mac's Y-Strap is sewn using the highest stitch count in the industry.
All metal components on Mac's Y-Strap now include their improved zinc coating, for even better corrosion resistance.
Easy Release Ratchet
The easy release ratchet handle eliminates any adjustment stickiness. Every second counts, including when changing a tire. Mac's has completely redesigned their ratchet to release the first time, every time. Mac's formed their ratchet handle from a single piece of steel, making it 40% more rigid than the competition. They go a step further by adding mandrel caps to keep the dirt out and increase rigidity. The primary leg of the Mac's Y-Strap is ratcheted, but they've also incorporated adjustment buckles into the two "static" legs, which connect to their unique Direct D-Slide ring. Together, this make centering the straps on your wheel easier than ever.

We are very excited about our 2023 Expedition 2.0. We even drove from Eastern Ontario to Edmonton to pick up our new trailer and we’re able to test it out on the way home. We are, so far, extremely pleased with the trailer. We cannot wait to see where the road will takes us and our OGT Expo 2.0.

I was able to find a demo trailer that had been a showroom model. It had all of the options I would have put on my own build, plus a few more. I would not have ordered the roof top tent, but after using it, I am happy this unit come with the tent. Very happy with the build quality and functionality of the Expedition 2.0. Looking forward to many great adventures and new memories

Awesome product! Wife and I took this camper out to put it to use, and it was all smiles. This might look small, but it’s packed with space and a LOT of cool accessories!
Don’t go with a poor quality made camper. Pay for a good one that’ll last, and has all of the top of the line accessories.

If you want a capable and very well built offroad trailer built in Canada 🇨🇦 my home Country look no further. We purchased a 2019 6 month old Expedition 2.0 . This rig is awsome. We have explored and taken this trailer with our 2014 Toyota Fj and 2016 offroad 4 runner on remote FSR roads and the west coast of Vancouver island and thru Alberta . The awning and side cooking drop down kitchen is the best . The sleeping quarters and mattress are super confertable. Very light and easy to tow . It has everything you need and nothing that you don't need . Less is more I believe. Highly recommend it . Enjoy exploring.

The staff at OGT are experienced at what they do! The company staff actually takes the trailers over-landing to understand what their customers needs are. Best built trailer on the market! Just be willing to wait for your new trailer as the wait list could be a few months. We had our trailer delivered!
